Our hall is designed for patrons who want a nice hall, but cannot afford the $2,000 to $5,000 high class halls. Our hall consistantly attracts those who want a nice hall, but at a VERY reasonable price. If you're looking for a "Million dollar Ballroom", we are not for you!! If you're wanting The best FOR UNDER $1,000, then we are right here for you!! Our pictures tell the tale!! We GUARANTEE that you will not find what we have to offer at a lower all inclusive package price!!

CURRENT SPECIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are currently offering SUBSTANTIAL discounts on hall / DJ package pricing, both for the 6 hour hall, 3 hr. DJ, or the ALL DAY (12 hour hall) and 5 hr. DJ package. Special pricing good thru Nov. 30th only!! NOTE: You MUST make a 50% deposit (unless pre-approved) when booking. Please note the various specials as follows:
NOTE: Packages one and two are for birthdays, quincineras, youth parties, non-profit groups, singles groups, and fraternities.
1. Pkg. #1 - 6 hrs. hall PLUS 3 hrs. DJ --- ONLY $750.* (Reg. price $1,200)
2. Pkg. #2 - 12 hrs. hall PLUS 5 hrs. DJ --- ONLY $1,200.* (Reg. price $1,800)
* (Book your date THE SAME DAY YOU COME IN and receive a great surprise special!!!)
NOTE: Packages 3 and 4 are for Wedding receptions, anniversaries, corporate events, and ANY OTHER group requiring us to provide catering services.
3. Pkg. #3 - 12 hrs. hall PLUS 5 hrs. DJ PLUS FULL BUFFET DINNER (based on 100 people) --- ONLY $28* per person for ALL of package 3!!).
4. Pkg. #4 - 12 hrs. hall PLUS 5 hrs. DJ PLUS FULL BUFFET DINNER (based on 200 people) --- ONLY $26* per person for ALL of package 4!!).
*Buffet price is AN AVERAGE based on your choice of over 10 mouth watering buffet menus. Actual price may vary by as much as 5 to 10% below or above listed pricing here. Most menus include 2 meats, 1 to 2 vegetables, salad, rolls, 2 drinks, and all serving items including plates, napkins, and plastic silverware. Ask Jim or Brian for complete details.
Also note items as simple as veggie trays to Hors D'oeurves are available. Ask for pricing.
SPECIAL NOTE!!!!!!!! As of May 1st, '09, we prefer all hall rentals to use our in house caterer, Brancato's Catering. The ONLY exceptions are Kids Parties and Quincineras. Anyone cooking their own food or having a Pot Luck are exempt from our caterer. If you MUST use your own caterer (other caterer's are at OUR complete discretion!), there is a $100 upcharge to bring your own. All outside caterers must be insured!
SECURITY GUARDS!! All teen parties and / or any parties where alcohol will be present and consumed require a minimum of 1 guard. Any college parties are the same. Any Quincineras, and any reunions or birthdays where most of patrons are between 21 and 28, will require security guards. These parties must use 1 security guard to start, then 1 additional per every 100 people, starting at 200. Weddings, anniversaries, or any other parties do NOT have to have a guard at this time.
ALCOHOL!!!!!!! Because of ongoing problems with folks not complying with alcohol rules of the hall, as of 06/20/09, we are forced to make more stringent rules regarding consumption of alcohol on the premises. They are as follows;
1. A separate $100 upcharge fee is required in order to bring any alcoholic beverages into the hall. This fee IS NOT returnable and covers cleanup and use / damage to Bar and hall area.
2. ANYONE NOT COMPLYING WITH CONTRACT RULES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES!! ANY INTOXICATED PERSONS STARTING OR TRYING TO START FIGHTS WILL BE REMOVED BY POLICE AND JAILED!!! Please don't allow your guests to get confrontational!!
